How to check a Pixel repair price yourself

Google publishes what it charges to repair a Pixel, one country at a time, in a tool most people never find. Here is the whole flow for India — three steps, no sign-in, no phone call.

  1. Open Google's repair pricing guide

    Open store.google.com/in/repair-cost-estimator?hl=en-IN. Each market has its own estimator and its own prices, so use the India one — a price from another country's page will be in the wrong currency and often the wrong number.

  2. Pick your phone

    Open the Phone model list and choose your Pixel. Only phones Google still services in India appear, which is why the list is shorter in some countries than others — 22 here.

  3. Read the price

    Prices appear as soon as you pick the phone — there is no separate "what's wrong with it" step. Find your fault in the left column and read the figure beside it.

    For a Pixel 10 in India that runs from ₹2,095.68 to ₹53,803.28 across 18 faults.

Why there are two tables

Google splits the faults into Accidental damage — a cracked screen, a damaged frame or back, liquid damage — and Performance issues, which covers everything that stopped working on its own: battery, audio, cameras, buttons, sensors, software.

The split matters. Google's own note on the second table says those faults are usually covered by the limited warranty, and that the prices shown are for out-of-warranty service. So a performance fault on a phone still in warranty may cost you nothing — check your coverage before you pay the figure on screen.

What the price covers

  • One all-in figure per fault — the part and the labour together, not a parts price you add fitting to.
  • Mail-in service. Google confirms the final cost after it has inspected the phone, so the number is an estimate, not a quote.
  • Tax may be excluded, and delivery fees may apply. Authorised service providers set their own fees.
